Change of Leadership in Alcadon Denmark, Germany and Belgium

The Alcadon Group hereby announces a change of leadership in the current Central European region, as well as a change of governance for the subsidiaries Alcadon Denmark, Alcadon Germany and Alcadon Belgium.

Susanne Stengade, Head of Alcadon Central Europe (Denmark, Germany & Belgium) has, after five years following Alcadon Group’s acquisition of Ms Stengade’s network infrastructure company 6X International ApS in early 2021, decided to leave the Group starting from late 2025. During the coming months, Ms Stengade will step by step hand over her responsibilities through a controlled process with unchanged focus on continued service to our customers and close cooperation with our suppliers.

New CEO for Alcadon Denmark and its subsidiary Alcadon Germany will be André Radley Grundahl, who joins the Alcadon Group latest on October 1, 2025. Mr Radley Grundahl has extensive sales and leadership experience from industries such as automotive, filtration and electronics where he has held several CEO roles.

New CEO for Alcadon Belgium will be Piet den Ouden, who has long experience from the network infrastructure industry, including roles at Alcatel Lucent and Sterlite Technologies. Mr den Ouden is currently Sales Director in the Benelux for Alcadon.

Both Mr Radley Grundahl and Mr den Ouden will report directly to the Alcadon Group CEO and current region Central Europe will thus be discontinued, following Alcadon Group’s increased focus on decentralisation.

"I have spent a large portion of my business life in the network infrastructure industry, and I decided to sell my company to the Alcadon Group almost five years ago to ensure its longevity while still maintaining our strong company culture. Now, it is time to hand over the helm to the highly competent people who will succeed me. I will be actively engaged in this transition process and support my successors as much as I can, to ensure a smooth and controlled handover with unchanged professional service to our customers and continued close cooperation with our suppliers. Going forward, I intend to remain an engaged shareholder of the Alcadon Group, in which I believe strongly, and closely follow its continued development.”
Susanne Stengade, Head of Alcadon Central Europe

“We are very thankful for Susanne’s engagement and commitment during the years both before and after we acquired her company. We have deep respect for Susanne’s decision, and we are grateful for the constructive dialogue we have had around the matter, as well as for the way in which we will conduct this change of leadership in the important markets where Susanne has been highly engaged and active. At the same time, I would like to congratulate and welcome our new leaders for Alcadon Denmark & Germany and Alcadon Belgium. I look very much forward to our future cooperation.”
Fredrik Valentin, CEO of Alcadon Group.
