Wood Communications

Founded in 1924, today Ireland's leading IT and connectivity distributor with solutions for enterprise, data centres, telecoms and security. Wood Communications are also reputable networks training experts, partnering with global leading manufacturers such as AFL Hyperscale, Corning, Mobotix and Raritan.

Based in Ireland but servicing data centre customers across Europe.

Alcadon Sweden

The leading niche distributor in Sweden of products, systems, solutions and services related to data and telecommunication networks, operating in five business areas: commercial networks, data centres, residential networks, fibre networks and services & training.

Current structure based on Alcadon AB (founded 1988), with the now fully integrated acquisitions of DataConnect (2016) and Svagströmsmaterial (2017).

Alcadon Norway

Established in 1989, Alcadon Norway is a specialized distributor of network infrastructure solutions, supporting installers, integrators and partners with products, expertise and logistics across the Norwegian market.

Position strengthened in 2018 through the acquisition of CableCom, with additional investments in 2025 to support the growing demand for digital infrastructure, particularly in the data centre segment.

Alcadon Denmark

Founded in 2003 as 6X International in a joint venture between 6X International in Belgium and a former partner, the company successfully participated in the broadband rollout in Denmark and then added data cable and network equipment distribution towards the banking, energy and telecom sectors.

Alcadon Belgium

Founded in 1991 as 6X International BV, a distributor specialized in fibre optic components and connectors. Today offering multiple product and service solutions to support the digitalization of society, focusing on the fibre, broadband, industry and data centre market segments.

Primary presence in the telecom, FTTx and structured cabling segments.

A-Antennas

Founded in 2011 and a leading player in the design and development of antennas for wireless data transmission in outdoor environments. The company is based in Arboga, Sweden, and sells products and solutions to several European countries.
